Kit Dobson brings Malled: Deciphering shopping in Canada to Congress to engage in a discussion about how our cultures of shopping have shaped our built environment, and in turn how those same malls influence our culture. He is joined by Daniel Coleman, the author of the Charles Taylor short-listed Yardwork: A Biography of an Urban Place who will talk about how our culture shapes our approach to the environment and also how we might change that culture.
