Broadband communication technologies present enormous opportunities to advance science, communication and human rights. In the North, the technology can be a powerful tool to share culture, language and experiences within the community and with the rest of Canada while supporting economic development. How can the public and private sectors collectively manage the digital transformation to realize a vision of justice and sustainability in the Canadian Artic?
