Instructions – Submitting your conference program

To submit your conference program, please upload by completing the following password protected form:

You are responsible for submitting a PDF version of your conference program to the Federation via the form above. Once received, programs will be posted on each association page.

Submission deadlines:

  • Preliminary conference program: March 16, 2018
  • Final conference program: April 20, 2018

You can upload revised programs at any time. Programs will be posted/updated on a weekly basis. Preliminary programs will be posted on each association page on the Congress 2018 website, and will be replaced with final programs once they are submitted.

Document format and naming convention:

Only programs submitted in PDF formats will be accepted, and any updates made to existing programs will be posted within five business days. When submitting your program, please ensure you use the following file naming convention:

association number - English association acronym - French association acronym - Year - Month - Day.pdf
Example: 47-cpa-acp-2018-03-16.pdf

Important note on room allocations:

Please email with any room changes that may affect open event listings when submitting updated versions of your program. The Federation does not check new programs against previous versions to identify room changes.
